Payment terms require a total project cost, along with any upfront deposits or milestone payments, and a payment schedule.

Intellectual property rights are retained by Executive Elevation LLC, unless explicitly transferred to the client upon completion and full payment. Revisions and change requests will be accommodated up to a specified limit, with any additional revisions subject to additional charges or hourly rates.

The client is responsible for providing necessary content and materials within agreed-upon timelines, as well as participating in feedback and approval processes promptly. A confidentiality clause protects sensitive information exchanged during the project. Termination of the agreement is subject to specific conditions and may incur penalties or fees. The agency's liability for damages or losses is limited as per industry standards and legal requirements.

Late Payment Clause:

 

Executive Elevation LLC understands the importance of timely payments to ensure the smooth progression of projects. Invoices issued by Executive Elevation LLC are expected to be settled when received. A three (3) day grace period is provided from the date the invoice is sent out, during which the client is encouraged to submit the payment promptly.

In the event that payment is not received within the stipulated grace period, a late fee of $75 per day will be automatically applied for each subsequent day until the outstanding balance is settled. This late fee is intended to cover administrative costs and the potential impact on project timelines.

Executive Elevation LLC reserves the right to pause or suspend work on the project if outstanding payments extend beyond a reasonable timeframe. Delays in payment may also affect project milestones and delivery timelines outlined in the project proposal.

 

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring timely payments, which are crucial for maintaining the efficiency and quality of our services.
